Use the sounds. Don’t resell the files.

Licence

Each purchase gives one person a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the purchased sounds in their own edited content, including monetised YouTube, TikTok, livestream, game and client-video projects.

What is not allowed

• Do not resell, redistribute, share or upload the raw files or a lightly modified version of the pack.
• Do not claim ownership of the original pack or offer it as another sound library.
• Do not use the files unlawfully or to impersonate Scotty Systems.

Delivery and cancellation

Before checkout you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once downloading begins. This does not remove your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.

Problems and refunds

If the wrong pack arrives, the link fails, or files are corrupted, email orders@scottysystems.it.com. We will replace the files or provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Payment and compatibility

Prices are shown in GBP and payment is processed by Stripe. Packs are delivered as ZIP archives containing the file formats described on the product page. Buyers are responsible for checking that their editing software supports those formats.

These short terms describe the product licence and fulfilment flow; they do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
